Behind the Screen...???
Our new segment, where we address many of the issues a Dungeon Master might have while running a game. Listeners submit the topic, in our Behind the Screen forum. When we use YOUR topic for the evening's show, you WIN.
The trick, is, that in order to win a prize when we use your topic, you MUST be in the IRC chat room while the show is going. Otherwise, anyone can simply post a Topic, and win in absentia.

What you win: What we're giving as prizes for your topic being chosen, will average out to be a minimum of an adventure module, up to a standard 128 page sourcebook, being randomly chosen, and mailed to you. The prizes will be Dungeons & Dragons d20 compatible products. If you get something you already have, then use it as a gift for someone you know.

When we announce the Topic, you get to hear the two hosts of the show stammer and stutter about the topic, trying desparately to offer advice about the topic. We'll then open the phone lines for callers who want to address the topic.

Theres more !! When you call in to offer advice about someone's topic, you get entered into a random drawing AS a caller, to win a prize, the prize meeting the same criteria as the one who submitted the topic. When we have X amount of callers, and we end the entire segment, Adlon uses his dice roller bot to determine our random call-in winner.

Bringing it all together, or what the hell are you talking about Adlon ...???
Easy. I'll pick on Hal Greenberg, because everyone else does. Hal submits the topic: "How do you handle Attacks of Opportunity". That topic is chosen, and Hal wins.
After opening the phone lines, we get 6 callers. We log the callers handles, in order. When we close the lines, after the 6 callers, Adlon uses his die roller bot, and rolls 1d6. The result is say, a 4. The 4th caller is our winner.

So have at it, and keep Adlon at the Post Office.

PS. Your topic can possibly be used several shows away from the show you intended. If you wanted yout topic to be used on say the Jaunary 9th, 2004 show, it might get used sometime in March, as we'll only pick one topic per evening, and we might get ALOT of good Topics.

Same rules apply: you have to be IN IRC that night to win the Topic prize.
