The Red Book of Westmarch
At the end of Return of the King, Frodo gives Sam the Red Book that Bilbo wrote his story in. Frodo said there were a few pages left to fill. If you were Sam (or anyone for that matter), what would you put in the blank pages? Funny serious or whatever...

"Gandalf, Frodo & Bilbo left on big Elf boat today. V. teary moment, even saw Merry's mascara run. All three of us sad to see pointy hat & big stick go. When I came home, Rosie handed over two kids to me. Still not sure how she got pregnant, but then, was pretty drunk past few years, with tryin' to forget horrors of Mordor, and all."

With many thanks to Cassieclaire for coming up with the idea.

If I were Sam, I'd write, "...need a new book. Stop by Orthanc Depot and get a new book, cause there is NO way I'm ever going to be able to put everything The Fellowship experienced on just 4 measly pages!" ;)

"Well, I guess it is up to me now. With Mr. Frodo gone, I feel that there isnt going to be much excitment around here to write about. But I guess I will give it a try. Now that Mr. Frodo has gone along with the elves, life seems a little sad and quieter. There shouldn't be any more disturbances of the peace or nothin like that. I have Rosie and the children to keep me busy, so I don't think there will be much more writing than this. So all I can say is they all lived happily ever after. THE END"
